As Managing Director of Wingspan Consultancy, Catherine built her career experience in senior leadership positions when she served in a blue-chip company in Kenya for over 14 years. She now runs Wingspan Consultancy, a management consultancy firm providing services in Healthcare and Education. Lead Compass is a product of Wingspan Consultancy.

She also holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from the Strathmore University in Kenya and a certificate in Advanced Management from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. Her undergraduate is a Bachelor of Arts, Economics from the Kenyatta University, Kenya.

Having identified synergies between the Healthcare and Education sector and working with a team of experts, Catherine is passionate about providing value in the education sector having identified various untapped opportunities.

Outside work, Catherine enjoys reading books, learning new culinary skills and farming.
